Introducing our very first As A Mom… A Sisterhood of Mommy Patriots, Inc. National Broadcast being held in a town near you. Hosted locally by volunteer hostesses this special meeting will feature national speakers via prerecorded internet video and local activities. It is a great way to get connected with the Moms not only where you live but also with Moms all over the country.
Date: February 11-16 (Choose your day)
Time : 1 hour (Choose your time)
Place: A town near you.If you would like to be a local hostess please email eventrsvp@asamom.org and include your name, the town/zip codes you will host in and any surrounding areas you think might be attending.
Hostesses will be responsible for:
1. Locating and securing a venue for any time and day Feb 11-16 for a 1-2 hour time slot. Think free, public libraries, civic centers, club houses etc.
2. Inviting local AsAMom members to your meeting. AsAMom.org will provide you with a list of member pages and invite text to help aid in this.
3. Having a computer or laptop at the meeting for the national broadcast portion via the internet. For those who do not have WiFi access the national broadcast can be pre-downloaded for viewing.
4. Follow the meeting out line that will be sent via e-mail for your local activities section.
5. Complete a short meeting Recap to be turned in to the National Boards
